Upgrading from Level I Affiliate to Level II Associate

Option 1: If Level I membership was obtained onsite you are required to attend two more days of certification (Monday & Tuesday) and successfully pass the written rules test and verbal teaching test.  The cost for this upgrade is as follows:      
Commuter: $565.00                Hotel Guest: $715.00

All rates include: Daily green & cart usage, daily range balls, all course materials, instruction and all taxes.
Guest rate includes: Two nights accommodations (Sunday & Monday).

Option 2: If Level I membership was obtained by home study you are required to attend four days of certification (Saturday thru Tuesday) and successfully pass the written rules test and verbal teaching test.  The cost for this upgrade is as follows:               
Commuter: $815.00                Hotel Guest: $1025.00

All rates include: Daily green & cart usage, daily range balls, all course materials, instruction and all taxes.
Guest rate includes: Four nights accommodations (Friday & Monday).

Option 3: If Level I membership was obtained either onsite or by home study you may order the Level II home study upgrade package and complete the written rules test as well as submit a video lesson (outline provided) for your verbal teaching test.
Level II Home Study Upgrade package: $645.00

Upgrading from Level I Affiliate to Level III Fully Certified

Option 1: If Level I membership was obtained onsite you are required to attend four more days of certification (Monday & Thursday) and successfully pass the written rules test, verbal teaching test and playing ability test.  The cost for this upgrade is as follows:   
Commuter: $905.00   Hotel Guest: $1270.00

All rates include: Daily green & cart usage, daily range balls, all course materials, instruction, banquet dinner and all taxes.
Guest rate includes: Five nights accommodations (Sunday thru Thursday).

Option 2: If Level I membership was obtained by home study you are required to attend all six days of certification (Saturday thru Thursday) and successfully pass the written rules test, verbal teaching test and playing ability test.  The cost for this upgrade is as follows:                Commuter: $1,155.00          Hotel Guest: $1,670.00

All rates include: Daily green & cart usage, daily range balls, all course materials, instruction and all taxes.
Guest rate includes: Seven nights accommodations (Friday thru Thursday).

Upgrading from Level II Associate to Level III Fully Certified

Option 1: To upgrade from Level II Associate membership to a Level III Fully Certified member the following is required:  Attend the two day playing ability test and successfully meet the required target score. The cost for this upgrade is as follows:   Commuter: $340.00                Hotel Guest: $565.00

All rates include: Daily green & cart usage, examiner fees, banquet dinner and all taxes.
Guest rate includes: Three nights accommodations. (Tuesday thru Thursday)

Option 2: If Level II membership was obtained by home study you are required to attend the last two days of any scheduled course and take the playing ability test and successfully meet the required target score.
The cost for this upgrade is as follows:           Commuter: $345.00               Hotel Guest: $570.00

All rates include: Daily green & cart usage, examiner fees, banquet dinner and all taxes.
Guest rate includes: Three nights accommodations. (Tuesday thru Thursday)

Option 3: If you have already taken your P.A.T. but were unsuccessful you may attend the last two days of any scheduled certification course and re-take your P.A.T. The cost for this upgrade is as follows: Commuter: $200.00
Rate includes: Daily green & cart usage, examiner fees, banquet dinner and all taxes. (Accommodations are available upon request.)
